Artists registering on Beautify must undergo strict identity and credential verification checks enforced by the administration, headed by Parth Jain and Manjiri Sakore. Beauty professionals agree to maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and customer service. Misconduct may result in immediate account termination.

3. Bookings and Payments

All services booked through Beautify constitute an agreement between the customer and the respective beauty professional. Beautify facilitates these transactions but is not directly responsible for the fulfillment of the services. Payments are securely processed through third-party gateways. Cancellation policies vary according to the professional's terms.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Beautify, including its co-founders Parth Jain, Manjiri Sakore, and affiliates, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or the services provided by independent professionals.

5. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any revisions will be effective immediately upon publication on this page. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
